はい、必要です。
ご家族が永住申請をしない場合でも、
Pre Check Sheet への回答をお願いしています。永住の審査では、
ご家族の納税実績や社会保険の加入状況なども確認されるためです。
②当事務所が内容を確認して、メールで結果をお知らせします
●無料相談になるかた
Pre Check Sheetの結果、基本要件を満たしている場合、無料相談をご案内いたします。
相談時間までに、予約確定メールをお送りしますので、ご確認ください。
●有料相談になるかた
Pre Check Sheetの結果、基本要件を満たしていない場合、有料相談をご案内いたします。
- 料金：5,500円（30分）
- 事前決済制（銀行振込 または PayPay）
決済方法を記載したメールをお送りしますので、相談日の前日までにお支払いください。
前日までにお支払いが確認できない場合、相談は自動的にキャンセルとなります。

Do family members need to submit a Pre Check Sheet?

Yes.
Even if your family members do not plan to apply for permanent residence,
we still ask them to submit a Pre Check Sheet.This is because, during the PR review,
family members’ tax records and social insurance status may also be checked.
② We will review your answers and contact you by email
● Free consultation
If you meet the basic requirements based on the Pre Check Sheet,
we will offer a free consultation.
You will receive a confirmation email before the consultation time.
● Paid consultation
If you do not meet the basic requirements,
we will offer a paid consultation.
- Fee: JPY 5,000 (30 minutes)
- Advance payment required
(Bank transfer or PayPay)
Payment details will be sent by email.
If payment is not confirmed by the day before the consultation, the consultation will be automatically canceled.
