サービス利用規定（永住・帰化サポート）

対象者

本サービス利用規定は、永住・帰化のフルサポートプランをご利用のお客様に適用されます。「自分で申請サポートプラン」には適用されません。

サポート開始後のキャンセル

サポート開始後にキャンセルされる場合は、着手金から実費と書類作成及び相談時間に見合う金額を差し引いた残額を返金いたします。
ただし、以下のいずれかの事由が発生し、申請の続行が不可能になった場合、着手金は返金できません。

  • 虚偽の申告があった場合
  • 不利益な事実を意図的に隠蔽していた場合
  • 入国管理局の指示に従った追加書類の提出等に協力いただけない場合
  • 当事務所からの指示に従った申請のための質問への回答や必要書類の準備等に協力いただけない場合
  • サポート開始後の犯罪行為、法令違反行為（交通違反を含む）
  • サポート開始後にお客様ご自身で申請された在留資格更新等が不許可となった場合、または３年未満の在留期間が付与された場合
  • その他、サポート開始後に許可要件を満たせなくなる事由が生じた場合

審査結果に関する免責事項

在留資格申請および帰化申請の審査結果は法務大臣の裁量により決定されます。
当事務所は、適切な申請手続きを行う義務を負いますが、審査結果を保証することはできません。

申請前の段階において、以下のいずれかに該当する場合は、その理由と対応策を報告し、依頼者の意向を確認した上で申請方針を定めます。
・法令上の許可要件を満たさないことが判明した場合
・過去の許可事例等に照らして不許可となる可能性が高いと判断される場合

不許可の場合の対応

申請が不許可になった場合、以下のいずれかの対応をいたします。

1．サポート料金の全額返金
2．無料で再申請（再申請により、リカバリー可能である場合に限ります）

ただし、以下の事由による不許可の場合は、上記対応はいたしかねます。

  • 申請前に、不許可のリスクが高いと当事務所が判断し、返金および再申請サービスの対象外であることをお客様に明示の上、ご承諾いただいた場合
  • 虚偽の申告があった場合
  • 不利益な事実を意図的に隠蔽していた場合
  • 入国管理局または法務局の指示に従った追加書類の提出等に協力いただけない場合
  • 当事務所からの指示に従った申請のための質問への回答や必要書類の準備等に協力いただけない場合
  • サポート開始後の犯罪行為、法令違反行為（交通違反を含む）
  • サポート開始後にお客様ご自身で申請された在留資格更新等が不許可となった場合、または３年未満の在留期間が付与された場合
  • （帰化の場合）日本語テストに不合格となった場合
  • その他、サポート開始後に許可要件を満たせなくなる事由が生じた場合
  • サポート開始後、お客様のご都合によるキャンセル

Service Terms and Conditions (Permanent Residency and Naturalization Support)

Eligible Users

These terms and conditions apply to customers using the Full Support Plan for permanent residency and naturalization. They do not apply to the "Self-Application Support Plan."

Cancellation After Service Begins

If you cancel after support services have begun, we will refund the remaining balance of your initial payment after deducting actual expenses and fees for document preparation and consultation time. However, the initial payment cannot be refunded if any of the following circumstances occur that make it impossible to continue with the application:

  • False statements were made
  • Disadvantageous facts were intentionally concealed
  • Failure to cooperate with submitting additional documents as instructed by the Immigration Bureau
  • Failure to cooperate with answering questions or preparing necessary documents as instructed by our office
  • Criminal acts or violations of laws (including traffic violations) after support begins
  • If a residence status renewal application submitted by you independently after our support begins is rejected or if you receive a residence period of less than 3 years
  • Any other circumstances that arise after support begins that prevent you from meeting the requirements for approval

Disclaimer Regarding Application Results

The results of residence status and naturalization applications are determined at the discretion of the Minister of Justice. Our office is obligated to carry out proper application procedures, but we cannot guarantee the results of the review.

If any of the following applies before application, we will report the reason and countermeasures, then establish an application policy after confirming your intentions:

  • When it becomes clear that legal requirements for approval are not met
  • When it is determined that there is a high possibility of rejection based on past approval cases

Response to Application Rejection

If your application is rejected, we will provide one of the following responses:

  1. Full refund of the support fee
  2. Free reapplication (only when recovery is possible through reapplication)

However, we cannot provide the above responses if rejection occurs due to:

  • Cases where our office determined before application that there was a high risk of rejection, and you agreed after we clearly stated that refund and reapplication services would not apply
  • False statements were made
  • Disadvantageous facts were intentionally concealed
  • Failure to cooperate with submitting additional documents as instructed by the Immigration Bureau or Legal Affairs Bureau
  • Failure to cooperate with answering questions or preparing necessary documents as instructed by our office
  • Criminal acts or violations of laws (including traffic violations) after support begins
  • If a residence status renewal application submitted by you independently after our support begins is rejected or if you receive a residence period of less than 3 years
  • (For naturalization) Failing the Japanese language test
  • Any other circumstances that arise after support begins that prevent you from meeting the requirements for approval
  • Cancellation due to your personal circumstances after support has begun
